**Digital Design Trainee** Are you a student of Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields, and are you passionate about creating digital experiences that connect with users? As a Digital Design intern, you will participate in the creation of innovative and engaging digital designs for various media and platforms, aiming to capture audience attention, convey the Sprinter brand message, and generate impactful visual experiences. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Your primary role will be designing and conceptualizing newsletters and CRM campaigns. * You will provide occasional support in designing websites and applications (APPs). * You will participate in developing creative concepts and visual solutions aligned with the brand identity and marketing objectives. * You will collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand each project’s requirements and propose effective design solutions. * You will support the design of intuitive user interfaces (UI) focused on user experience (UX). * You will participate in optimizing designs for different devices and platforms, ensuring visual and functional consistency. * You will collaborate with web developers and digital marketing specialists to ensure correct implementation of designs. * You will participate in testing and analyzing designs to evaluate their effectiveness and implement improvements. **Requirements** * Education in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * English level B2 (no certification required). * Solid knowledge of Figma, our primary working tool. * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). * *Highly valued:* Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for layout. * Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. **What we offer** * Paid internships. * Employee discount at Sprinter and JD stores. * Sports facilities: professional gym, padel courts, football and basketball courts. * Personalized training plan within an international environment. * Continuous training in hard skills and soft skills. **Key details** * Schedule: 20 hours per week, morning shifts. * Format: On-site. * Location: Polígono de Las Atalayas, Av. del Euro, 2, Alicante.
