For our People department, we are seeking a student or recent graduate to support the Corporate Development (La Academia) and People Experience teams. Your mission will be to assist in managing the company’s training space and collaborate on internal communication initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and enhance the experience of our teams. **Key Details** * Working hours: 20\-25 hours per week. * Employment type: Onsite. * Location: Central Offices (Polígono de Las Atalayas, 03114, Alicante) **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Support in creating and designing training materials (presentations, interactive guides, digital content). * Participate in designing and executing internal communication campaigns and team engagement activities. * Assist in creating and laying out content for internal channels (magazines, announcements, newsletters). * Collaborate in organizing internal events that promote Sprinter’s employer brand. * Collaborate in planning, organizing, and managing logistics for training activities (in-person and virtual). * Manage user access, registrations/de-registrations, and resolve basic incidents on our online training platform. * Organize and manage in-person or virtual training spaces (bookings, invitations, attendance, logistics). **What are we looking for?** * Final-year students or recent graduates in Communication, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, or related fields. * English proficiency: minimum B2 level (no official certification required). * Must be able to arrange a formal internship agreement with your university/school. **What else do we offer?** * Employee discount. * Sports facilities: Gym with high-end professional equipment, football, basketball, and two paddle tennis courts. * Flexible working hours. * Personalized development plan and career progression within an international environment. * Continuous training in both hard and soft skills. **About the Group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and since then have become the destination for those passionate about sports and sportswear.
