Your mission will be to support data analysis and generate reports at various levels regarding the group's employees, learning how to identify trends and patterns that help us predict and optimize all processes within the People department. **Key Details** * Schedule: 30 weekly hours (from 8:00 to 14:00) and transition to full-time (39 weekly hours) with flexible hours during September. * Mode: On-site * Location: Central Offices (Polígono de Las Atalayas, 03114, Alicante) **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Support in generating monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual compensation reports and other operational indicators. * Support in analyzing various KPIs and business metrics, collaborating in the generation of ad hoc reports for different areas of the group. * Assist in preparing the ISRG group’s annual compensation budget. * Learn how to identify deviations and support the implementation of specific corrective measures. * Collaborate in generating various HR databases for different HR processes. * Collaborate in managing HR Analytics projects with external vendors. * Support in analyzing, interpreting, and cross-referencing HR data with business data: mean differences, correlations, regressions, etc. **What are we looking for?** * Students pursuing undergraduate degrees in Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * English proficiency level: Minimum B2 (no official certification required). * Must be eligible to sign a practical training agreement with your university/school. **What else do we offer?** * Employee discount. * Sports facilities: Gym equipped with high-end professional equipment, football, basketball, and two paddle tennis courts. * Personalized development plan and career progression within an international environment. * Continuous training in both hard and soft skills. **About the group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and, since then, have become the destination for those passionate about sports and sportswear.
