Currently, we are seeking to incorporate a **Human Resources Technician** into our team. What will be your responsibilities? The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for: * **Preparation and processing of payroll.** * Submission of **Social Security contributions via the SILTRA system**. * Preparation and submission of **tax forms 111 and 190**. * Administrative management and communication with the **Social Security administration** regarding temporary disability (IT) and workplace accident procedures. * Preparation and **reporting of labor costs** to the Administration and Finance Department. * Administrative and documentary management specific to the Human Resources Department. * Other tasks related to the responsibilities inherent to the position. What are we looking for? * Prior experience in **Human Resources tasks**, especially in labor management and payroll. * Knowledge of **Social Security regulations, the SILTRA system, and tax form management**. * Positive attitude, initiative, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Good command of both **Catalan and Spanish**, spoken and written.
