We give support and ask for help when needed, and together, we share and celebrate successes. **Within the People & Organization team, we are looking for a student interested in completing an internship in Learning & Development as part of the F3 project, actively participating in monitoring and coordinating training related to the launch of the Urban BEV, as well as in initiatives for digital and cultural transformation within the company.** **Responsibilities:** * Management and administration of the ATENEA system for project training. * Review and validation of data between ATENEA and SAP HR to ensure accuracy. * Design, creation and updating of progress reports. * Preparation of supporting documentation for grants and subsidies (monthly and annual closures). * Support in administrative and training coordination tasks. **Qualifications:** * Currently studying Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or Finance. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Power BI and Power Platform is highly valued. * Digital and analytical proficiency with data management tools. * Languages: Fluent Spanish, English B2 level, German is a plus.
