Are you passionate about new technologies?** We seek to hire an **Information Assistant** for an innovative immersive exhibition in the town of **Miravet**, with the aim of providing public assistance and delivering a unique experience to visitors. **Imagine what your daily routine will be like:** * Welcoming, receiving, and guiding visiting members of the public, providing key information about the exhibition and delivering basic explanations on how the virtual reality headsets operate. * Ensuring an immersive and enriching experience for visitors. * Performing setup, installation, and maintenance of virtual reality equipment (headsets, sensors, software, etc.). * Carrying out device maintenance, ensuring proper cleaning and hygiene. * Monitoring visitor flow and ensuring compliance with exhibition rules. **What we offer:** * **Opportunity** to join a leading team in cultural management, committed to promoting the value of cultural heritage and making it accessible to people. * **Training and continuous learning:** You will grow in an environment that invites you to make small daily decisions, where making mistakes is also part of the process. * **Contract until 31/12/2025.** * **Working schedule:** * **Morning shift: 21.25 hours/week:** **Week A:** Tuesday to Friday, 9:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. **Week B:** Tuesday to Friday, 9:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.; Saturday, 9:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.; Sunday, 9:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. * **Afternoon shift: 18 hours/week:** **Week A:** Tuesday to Friday, 1:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. **Week B:** Tuesday to Saturday, 1:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. * **Start date:** Immediate. * **Workplace location:** Miravet, Tarragona. **Requirements:** ----------------- * A person with outstanding communication skills, service-oriented, solution-focused, capable of teamwork, and passionate about culture. * **Education:** preferably in History, Humanities, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual Communication, Art History, Fine Arts, Tourism, Anthropology, or equivalent fields. * **Languages:** native/bilingual proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages, such as English, is valued. * **Experience** in public service is valued. * Possession of a **personal vehicle** to access the workplace. * **Most importantly:** being an enthusiastic individual capable of bringing unique experiences to life through art and culture.
