Adaptability to cross\-train in the other language as needed, with the mindset to use the right tool for the job. * In\-depth understanding of key Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, including Concurrency, Dependency Injection, Mocking and Unit Testing, Asynchronous programming, Performance, and profiling. * Demonstrated experience with clean coding principles and a commitment to producing high\-quality code. * Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral. * A self\-driven, growth\-oriented mindset with an innate curiosity for continuous learning. * A collaborative team player, adept at thriving within a self\-organized team structure and embracing shared responsibilities.
