Lead and manage the photo and video capture and distribution service at one of our centers (a water park) **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Team management experience (recruitment \- training \- supervision) * Prior experience as a store manager or in similar roles * Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills * Fluent English (will be tested during the selection process) * Goal-oriented work capability **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Recruit and manage your own team consisting of photographers and sales assistants * Direct communication with park management * Coordinate team activities, training, schedules, etc. * Establish performance and improvement KPIs for your team * Resolve customer incidents and technical issues related to our equipment * Handle purchases, orders, and replenishment of consumables * Supervise and optimize operational efficiency of the activity * Cash reconciliation and cash control * Collaborate on visual merchandising initiatives and improvements. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Opportunity to work in the leisure sector, in a dynamic and young environment. * Internal development opportunities * "Flexible" working hours focused on results. * Competitive remuneration (fixed \+ variable) **We are currently experiencing significant growth by developing and introducing major technological innovations within this sector.** Job Type: Fixed-term intermittent contract Contract Duration: 3 months
