We are seeking a drafter to perform support tasks for architects. BIM Modeling: Creation and updating of BIM models. Documentation Generation: Extraction of 2D drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, construction details) from the BIM model. 2D Drafting (Support): Preparation and modification of DWG-format drawings (AutoCAD), as well as digitization of sketches and schematics. Documentation Management: Organization and control of project files, ensuring consistency among different formats and disciplines. Auxiliary Calculations: Performing basic measurements and take-offs for budget preparation and construction certifications. Coordination: Direct collaboration with architecture and engineering teams, as well as site supervisors, to resolve interferences. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Building Projects / Civil Engineering * Competencies / Knowledge: ADVANCED AUTOCAD PROFICIENCY, BIM METHODOLOGY * Availability of personal vehicle * Driving license: Class B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €1,793 * Other relevant information: WORKING HOURS FROM 09:00 TO 13:00 AND FROM 15:00 TO 19:00
