### **Responsibilities:** * Define and lead the technical architecture of fullstack solutions based on React and .NET. * Supervise the development of applications deployed on Azure, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. * Mentor and coordinate junior team members within the technical team. * Design and maintain databases in Cosmos DB, ensuring efficient integration with the rest of the system. * Actively participate in agile methodologies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * Establish best practices for development, code review, and technical documentation. * Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and alignment with project objectives. ### **Requirements:** * 3 to 5 years of experience in fullstack development with Microsoft stack. * Strong proficiency in React and .NET in production environments. * Experience in technical architecture design and team leadership. * Advanced knowledge of Azure and Cosmos DB databases. * Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. * Ability to mentor junior profiles and foster the team's technical growth. * Good communication skills, strategic vision, and results orientation. * Work mode: **100% Remote**.
