The Vallès Oriental Town Council wishes to hire young people aged 16 to 29 within the JENP project.\-Registered with SOC as a jobseeker and enrolled in the Youth Guarantee Program. Training contract: candidates must have obtained a Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS), or Professional Qualification Certificate in the field of information technology within the last 3 years—or within the last 5 years if holding a disability certificate—and must not have previously held a training contract. Provide support to IT technicians in the Department of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for the following tasks: \- Conducting IT equipment inventory using the Council’s internal tool. \- Installing and configuring new IT equipment. \- Supporting helpdesk operations and user assistance. \- Configuring and maintaining data in the Town Council’s Windows Active Directory. \- Configuring IT network elements. \- Other comparable tasks. * Information Technology\- Microcomputer Systems and Networks * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Teamwork and coordination with other technicians, Communication, Critical thinking and problem solving, Time management and task prioritization, Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary: €1,921 * Additional relevant information: Working hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
