This role directly impacts the company’s financial stability by strategically managing collections and optimizing credit processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities You will join the department responsible for ensuring effective collections management and minimizing risks, performing duties such as: * Supervising and managing the end-to-end collections process. * Contacting clients via phone, email, or BUROFAX to follow up on overdue payments. * Professionally negotiating results-oriented payment agreements. * Collaborating closely with the sales team to optimize recovery and credit granting processes. Requirements * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong negotiation and incident resolution abilities. * Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel. * High level of organizational and time management skills. * Knowledge of regulations related to collections and guarantees. * Proven experience in collections or accounts management. * Solid understanding of credit and recovery processes. * Education in accounting, finance, or a related field. * Additional experience in general insurance policy contracting and management will be valued.
