Collaborative culture: we work as a team, celebrate achievements together, and learn from mistakes. **Your mission** As a **Quality Technician**, you will verify and validate automotive products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and managing non-conformities. **Challenges you'll face:** * You will collaborate on capability studies required internally or externally. * You will verify and validate manufactured products and samples against the control plan and customer requirements. * You will carry out tests and studies required for product or process. * You will validate product and process during production start-ups and reference changes. * You will continuously review documentation of the manufactured product, as well as rejections generated during your shift (regularly visiting active production lines during your shift). * You will make decisions regarding production-held products and identify non-conforming products. * You will provide documentation and training support to production staff in detecting potential subjective defects, conveying criteria based on customer claim experiences. **What will help you succeed in the role:** ✅ Training in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or similar. ✅ 3 years of experience in design, quality, or related fields. ✅ Practical knowledge of industrial environments. **Here's how your selection process will go:** * Brief call to align your expectations and get to know you (15 min). * Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min). * In-person technical validation with the operations/department managers to understand the daily routine (45 min).
