Main responsibilities: * Collection, processing, and analysis of operational data from different platform flows. * Automation of data extraction and analysis processes. * Creation of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel. * Extraction and monitoring of operational KPIs. * Leading projects related to operational planning management and tracking performance and results. * Standardization and control of data used in various reports. * Collaboration with operational teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement. * Documentation of processes, queries, and reports.
