Join our team as a **Shift Technical Operator** ESP\-Montornés del Vallés Take advantage of the new opportunity offered by HARTMANN in **Operations / Production**. **Responsibilities** You will work as a Technical Operator on a production line for adult incontinence products according to established specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team, the Technical Operator is responsible for the operation of the production line. * + You must comply with HARTMANN's Safety and Quality standards. + You must ensure that the quality level meets product specifications by performing periodic tests (IPC). + You will solve focused issues using RDI in your work area. + You will execute the shift action plan (focus areas, system performance, Pit\-Stop plan). + You will implement various standards generated within the unit through DDS: SOP, CIL, Center Lining, specifications, execution of preventive orders (SAP), etc. + You will detect and resolve anomalies during shifts. + You will actively participate in corrective maintenance activities. + You will prepare raw materials and load them into the machine according to established standards. + You will drive continuous improvement to eliminate losses in your area using LEAN tools.
