If you have experience in industrial maintenance and leading technical teams, this is your opportunity to join an organization committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and people. **What will you do in this role?** * Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring standards of safety, efficiency, quality, food safety, and environmental protection. * Lead the maintenance technical team, promoting a culture of order, commitment, and continuous improvement. * Manage external technical services and ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Analyze root causes of failures, proposing and implementing the most suitable solutions. * Participate in the implementation of technical and organizational improvements in collaboration with other departments. * Ensure regulatory compliance and equipment and facility availability.
