Currently, we are looking for an **industrial drafter** to take responsibility for the main tasks of the technical office. **What do we offer you?** \- The opportunity to join an established and continuously evolving company where quality, customer service, and continuous improvement are our hallmarks. \- An indefinite contract with a trial period and conditions tailored to your profile and experience. \- Working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to enjoy your afternoons free. \- Additional vacation days according to the collective agreement to help you balance your professional and personal life. **What will your day-to-day look like?** \- You will sketch by hand all parts arriving at the workshop and create drawings with necessary fits and tolerances using Top Solid and AutoCAD. \- You will program certain machining processes in Top Solid to send them to production. \- You will manage drawings in our internal management software: linking them to production orders, updating production stages, printing work sheets, and digitizing required drawings. \- You will verify that all customer requirements are met before sending parts to production. \- You will manage material orders and coordinate with different departments to ensure all materials are available prior to manufacturing. \- You will maintain direct and proactive communication with customers, resolving incidents and occasionally visiting client facilities in Spain and other European countries (France, Portugal). **Who are we looking for?** \- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial drafter in mechanical workshops. \- Proficiency in part tolerances and fits. \- Advanced skills in Top Solid and AutoCAD. \- Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). \- Previous experience in the plastic injection sector is a plus. \- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and incident resolution capabilities. \- Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate within a team. \- Availability to travel occasionally within Spain and Europe. **Do you identify with this profile?** If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and seeking a stable project to grow professionally, apply now—we'd love to meet you!
