Job Description A leading Engineering company currently expanding with clients at national and international level, dedicated to the design and manufacturing of turnkey installations for the automotive, pharmaceutical and food industries, requires: **1 Electronic Engineer in Automation and Programming** As part of the new installations project team, you will be responsible, based on mechanical designs of different industrial stations or machines, for defining control system specifications, from initial concept through monitoring and supervision during construction, assembly and commissioning phases of the installation. You will supervise various suppliers involved in automation and control areas, prepare documentation, liaise with the client when necessary throughout the different project stages, and ensure achievement of project objectives regarding scope and deadlines. You must make technical decisions and assume responsibility. You will work with the most modern technologies in manufacturing and assembly processes within multinational environments. Responsibilities:* Assess customer technical requirements related to machinery automation, analyze technical solutions, define specifications, ensure planning compliance, produce results reports and project documentation according to company quality standards. * PLC programming and automation for special machinery operation, standardization of programming for series machinery. * Preparation of user manuals for new machines and machine commissioning. * Technical support to customers and troubleshooting. * Preparation and delivery of customer training courses. Requirements:**Required education:** * Industrial Technical Engineering or Higher Engineering degree, specializing in automation or industrial electronics. * Advanced, demonstrable experience in automation projects and PLC and HMI programming (Siemens, Rockwell, Omron, Beckhoff). * Communication skills and knowledge of Industrial Networks: TCP/IP/Modbus, OPC/Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet, EtherCAT, etc. * Knowledge of drives and servo motors. * Proven experience in automation of production lines and assembly stations, or control systems within Automotive, Packaging and Pharmaceutical sectors. * Knowledge of automated installations and robotic processes. * Aptitude for both development and commissioning tasks. * Availability for national and international travel. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. – Applications not meeting this requirement will not be accepted. Valued skills:* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Machine Vision * Electrical schematics design using e-plan or similar software * Operation of industrial robots (ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, Staubli, etc.) * Languages: English (level test required). German is a plus. * Knowledge of Machinery Directive and applicable regulations for self-certification and CE marking * Programming in C, C++ and microcontrollers.
