




Fundació Orienta is a specialized institution in child and adolescent mental health. It operates under the SISCAT agreement (Third Collective Labour Agreement for acute hospitals, primary care centres, sociosanitary centres, and mental health centres contracted with the Catalan Health Service). At Fundació Orienta, we are seeking a committed individual with a vocation for service and community sensitivity to join us as Administrative/Citizen Services Staff. Recruitment Reference Number: ADM9-2025 Workplace: Sant Boi de Llobregat (willingness to travel as required by operational needs) What do we offer? • Temporary position until mid-/end-January 2026 • Immediate incorporation • Full-time schedule (36 hours/week – 1,620 hours/year), Monday to Friday • Remuneration: Approx. €21,811 gross annual base salary + variable component based on objectives • Integration into an established and continuously growing interdisciplinary team • Work environment fostering participation, institutional commitment, and continuous professional development What will your responsibilities be? • Citizen services: In-person and telephone reception; welcoming users and their families; initial documentation management. • Clinical administration: Appointment scheduling; maintenance of clinical staff calendars; updating data in information systems. • Administrative and document management: Registration, digitization and archiving of documents; issuance of certificates; tracking of requests. • Resource management and centre support: Inventory control of supplies; supervision of shared spaces; support in time management; collaboration ensuring smooth centre operations. • Compliance with institutional protocols: Adherence to administrative procedures; confidentiality; quality standards; and objectives linked to the contract with the Catalan Health Service. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Experience and training in public-facing and telephone customer service * Healthcare documentation handling * Competencies/knowledge (desirable): – Training in healthcare documentation or related fields – Experience in mental health settings – Ability and aptitude for teamwork – Valid driver’s licence (an asset) * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Full-time working schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1557' to '1560'
