This system will serve as the foundation for future evolution and adaptation to other countries. You will join a high\-performance team already implementing this project. You’ll lead cross\-functional initiatives that help teams deliver reliably, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll own programs that cut across multiple product stages and engineering teams, turning strategic priorities into clear plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving progress in a hybrid environment. You will create visibility, remove blockers, and keep complex work moving across time zones while partnering closely with Engineering Leadership at all levels **Requirements / What We Are Looking For** * 3\+ years of experience managing projects, including successful delivery of complex projects involving new functionalities, integration with external systems, and migration of legacy systems. • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. * **Project Management Methodologies**: Proven expertise in both traditional (Waterfall) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable. * Solid understanding of the **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)**, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing (QA), deployment, and maintenance. * Knowledge of legacy system migration processes and their business impact, including cutover planning. * General knowledge of project technologies (Java/Spring, Angular, microservices, Oracle DB) and development best practices. Ability to engage in technical discussions and evaluate architectural risks. * Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross\-functional teams, including conflict resolution and fostering a collaborative work environment. * Strong risk management and problem\-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and bottlenecks. * Adaptability and change management skills to navigate ambiguity and adjust plans to evolving requirements. * Intermediate to advanced English level, both written and spoken. * Awareness of DORA and GDPR regulations **Responsibilities** * **Planning and Scope Definition:** Maintain the project plan and ensure goals, requirements, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved. * Partner with engineering leaders and stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and delivery milestones. * Own end\-to\-end program planning and execution, from discovery and scoping through delivery and retrospectives. * Identify risks and blockers early, coordinate resolution across teams, and escalate when needed.
