The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Control, monitoring and organization. * Planning of assigned tasks. * Requesting budgets and comparative quotes from subcontractors. * Preparing budgets. * Preparing technical and monitoring reports. * Managing and verifying reports. * Document control. * Cost control. * Billing control. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Industrial Engineering or Architecture is mandatory. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Facility Manager in buildings. * Catalan language proficiency. * Valid driver’s license.
