Lead and coordinate, together with the Leisure Management team, the overall camp operations, ensuring its proper daily functioning, with constant support from the Operations Department. Lead and motivate the human team regarding service staff: KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, CLEANING, AND MAINTENANCE. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene regulations—especially in the kitchen. Efficiently manage logistics, planning, and available resources. Maintain fluent communication with families, schools, partner organizations, and central services. \- What do we expect from you? Education in tourism, Business Administration and Management (ADE), and/or accommodation management. Previous experience coordinating teams and/or managing educational, tourism, or leisure facilities is desirable. Experience managing food service operations will also be highly valued. A personal vehicle is mandatory. Leadership, organizational ability, and decision-making skills. Interest in leisure-time education and commitment to service quality. Knowledge of camps and educational activities will be positively considered. \- What do we offer at Rosa dels Vents?
