We are currently seeking a JUNIOR INFRASTRUCTURE PRODUCTION MANAGER for Barcelona. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support planning, organization, and monitoring of construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and applicable regulations. * Collaborate in developing work plans, technical studies, measurements, and documentation required for execution. * Conduct production control, certifications, and cost monitoring, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, participating in tender requests, economic evaluations, and monitoring of supplies and services. * Supervise proper on-site execution of works, ensuring safety, technical compliance, and optimal use of resources and machinery. * Participate in preparing progress reports, internal reports, and supporting documentation for site management. * Collaborate with the technical team to resolve incidents and continuously improve production processes.
