They work. We're now forming a dedicated team to build new API security products using this approach full\-time. **The role:** You'll work directly with our CEO to ship new products fast. Really fast. We're talking features in days, not sprints. You'll also help other Wallarm engineers learn these workflows — this team doubles as a training ground for the rest of engineering. #### **What You'll Do:** * Ship production code using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools daily * Own features end\-to\-end: design, build, deploy, iterate * Work directly with product and leadership — no layers, no waiting * Help other engineers adopt agentic workflows (think: internal bootcamp) * Make architectural decisions that stick #### **Who you’re:** * **You’re an AI\-native developer.** You have mastered tools like Claude Code or Cursor and use them to ship real products every day. * **You’re an engineer first.** You understand that AI makes good engineers better, not lazy.
