We are excited for you to become part of our **Production Department** team at our industrial plant in **Santa Bàrbara**. **The objectives of the position include:** supervising the unloading of raw materials from trucks into the hopper, loading and/or storing flour sacks to facilitate the inflow and outflow of goods. You may also assist in monitoring machinery and the production process in the assigned area of the plant, ensuring operations meet established standards and preventing incidents to achieve maximum operational efficiency. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Supervising the unloading of raw materials from trucks into hoppers, monitoring whether the input of raw materials into the processing plant is progressing properly. * Controlling the production process from the control room, monitoring the entry of raw materials and the output of final products (flour or oil). * Recording data (incidents, control parameters, stock, etc.). * Collecting samples for subsequent analysis by the Quality department. * Communicating with other shift teams regarding daily process incidents. * Taking preventive actions to avoid breakdowns/incidents during the production process. Recording and collaborating with the Maintenance Department to understand machinery operation, adjustments, and troubleshooting, thus facilitating quick resolution. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in your assigned work area. **What we are looking for:** We are seeking a candidate with ***experience working in industrial plants***, who demonstrates a collaborative and solution-oriented attitude toward various stakeholders in daily operations. To this end, you must meet the following requirements: * High school diploma or Medium/Higher Vocational Training qualification * Systematic, solution-oriented, and proactive individual with the ability to work in a team.
