Responsibilities include creating and scheduling regular visual and textual content aligned with the brand’s tone and values to attract and retain customers. It also involves designing coherent communication strategies, actively monitoring posts, and directly interacting with the community to respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and messages. In addition to managing organic content, analyzing platform-provided metrics and statistics is required to evaluate performance and adjust tactics accordingly. Staying current with emerging social media trends and features is expected, applying this knowledge to propose and test initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement. The work environment is dynamic and integral to the business’s commercial strategy. No travel or vehicle operation is involved, allowing full focus on digital tasks. The schedule spans morning and afternoon shifts, providing a clear structure for daily planning and coordination with other departments as needed.
