At Versia, we are looking for **a UX/UI Designer** to join our team. Responsibilities: * Transform briefs into tangible digital products using Agile methodologies. Knowledge of the entire Design Thinking process. * Ability to work with development and business teams and direct interaction with clients. * Collaborate with other departments to create digital ecosystems (services) that contribute to a joint strategy. Requirements: * Ability to create visual styles for digital product interfaces. * Experience in Multidevice Web Design, Responsive and Mobile First. * Experience with design systems. * Solid knowledge of usability, information architecture, and interaction design. * Knowledge of research phase techniques, both quantitative and qualitative. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, motivation for teamwork, and ability to clearly communicate design decisions and qualities. * Portfolio required, focused on digital products. * Proficiency with Creative Cloud suite and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.). Additional requirements: * Content creation. * Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analytics tools. * Graphic design problem-solving skills. * Ability to create infographics and simple illustrations. * Basic knowledge of animation. Education: * Higher education in design, fine arts, or related fields. * Training in UX/UI and Design Thinking. * Knowledge and/or demonstrable experience working with Agile methodologies. * Languages: Official certification of Euskera and English proficiency.
