Job Description: Join our team as a Process Engineer! **What will you do?*** Development of new production/warehouse lines or modification of existing ones. * Management of necessary investments for the actions mentioned in the previous point. * Implement and monitor all necessary actions to ensure process quality for each production line. * Daily follow-up of incidents occurring in production lines. * Participation in different working groups to provide solutions for specific customer needs or to develop new product ranges. * Monitor safety and ergonomics aspects at workstations. **What qualifications will make you successful?*** Education: Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Organization Engineering. * Required knowledge: * Knowledge and experience in **Lean Manufacturing**. * **English: advanced level**. * Experience in **Design and Industrialization of Manufacturing and Warehouse Lines**. * Quality management. * Valued knowledge: * Conducting FMEAs * SAP * CAD * Training in Safety and Ergonomics. * **Previous experience**: 3\-4 years. * **Required skills for this position:** * Decision-making * Negotiation ability * Teamwork * Conflict management * Interest in new technologies * Supplier management About Our Company: **Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?** When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
