Position Summary: Ingeteam is seeking an intern to adapt the electrical component database from 2D to 3D using Eplan and update existing designs. Key Highlights: 1. 2D-to-3D electrical component database adaptation project using Eplan 2. Design and documentation updates using Solid Edge 3. Continuous training and professional growth within a stable business unit **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, seeks to hire an intern for the industrialization area of one of our business units in Zamudio. **What will you do with us?** The project aims to adapt the electrical component family database from 2D to 3D using Eplan, as well as update previously completed 3D designs and their associated documentation according to new mechanical criteria, using Solid Edge and document management software. The following phases are proposed for the project: Updating the Eplan database and adapting 2D designs to 3D: **Phase 1** List database components, compare current parameterization with the desired target, and establish criteria for the new parameterization. **Phase 2** Update Eplan templates to include new fields and execute macros and template calls to the database using practical examples. **Phase 3** Update the parameterization of required components in the parallel database according to the established criteria. **Phase 4** Test the solution and correct errors. **Phase 5** Implementation into the OTE operational system. **Who are we looking for?** * Students in their third or fourth year of Industrial Technologies Engineering.
