Job Summary: Responsible for the operational delivery of telecommunications services, managing human resources and ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and customer satisfaction. Identification of growth opportunities and resource optimization **Description:** ---------------- This role covers all functions related to the operational delivery of telecommunications services, including managing dedicated human resources and guaranteeing compliance with service levels agreed upon with the customer. It enables confident facility management and fosters client trust. You will coordinate daily maintenance activities and drive improvement initiatives or targeted projects jointly with suppliers. Your ability to organize work, meet commitments, and build trust—both with the client and your team—will be critical. Main Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day client interactions proactively anticipating needs and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. * Hold direct accountability for the contract’s profit-and-loss account and service quality. * Identify growth and cost-saving opportunities within the contract; optimize resources and identify synergies. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, especially regarding occupational health and safety. * Prepare periodic reports. * Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements). * Perform monthly invoicing and budget compliance analysis—including both routine operations and extraordinary activities. * Develop proposals for facility/building improvements. * Manage documentation generated at the site. * Draft the annual audit plan covering facilities and all physical locations within the building. * Monitor customer complaints and analyze specific needs per department or user group. * Oversee construction works carried out in the building. * Daily management of cleaning, industrial cleaning (GMP), maintenance, landscaping, and logistics services. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Engineering or related field is highly valued. * Vocational qualification (medium-level technical diploma), second-degree specialist technician certification, and/or extensive relevant work experience. * A Master’s degree in Facility Management is considered advantageous. * Familiarity with applicable Integrated Management System procedures. * Knowledge of GMP regulations (highly desirable). * Fluent English is mandatory. **We Offer:** * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Flexible working hours. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for employees. * Social benefits through our Flexible Compensation Plan.
