### **Our client** The University of Deusto, a leading institution with campuses in Bilbao and Donostia / San Sebastián, as well as a location in Madrid, needs to incorporate a person with a technical-functional profile to coordinate development and maintenance projects for corporate applications, with a special focus on Oracle technologies (Database, APEX), but with a cross-functional vision enabling management of solutions across other platforms and contexts. Your role will be key in the digital transformation of university processes, acting as a bridge between functional users, the internal technical team, and external technology providers. ### **Mission** * Coordinate development, evolution, and maintenance projects for corporate management applications. * Liaise with functional units to analyze needs and define requirements. * Supervise technical tasks in Oracle environments (primarily Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and Oracle DB). * Coordinate internal and external teams (technology partners) ensuring deadlines, quality, and alignment with institutional objectives. * Monitor and control the application lifecycle, from conception through operation to continuous improvement. * Document functional and technical aspects of implemented projects and solutions. ### **Requirements** * University degree in a related field. * Prior experience in managing and/or coordinating technological projects, especially in management applications. * Solid knowledge of Oracle technologies: Oracle Database, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL. * Ability to communicate effectively with both functional and technical profiles. * Experience coordinating internal teams and external providers. * Proficiency in both English and Basque. * Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities.
