Systems Technician

Description What are we looking for? We are seeking a Systems Technician to join our IT team to support our users and ensure the proper functioning of the company's technological infrastructure. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer equipment, managing technical incidents, and supporting networks and communications. We are looking for a proactive, service-oriented individual eager to grow within a dynamic and international environment. What will your responsibilities be? * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, peripherals, and corporate devices. * Manage and resolve technical incidents submitted via ticketing system. * Repair and diagnose hardware and software failures in computers and other peripherals. * Administer and maintain local network infrastructure, ensuring its availability and proper operation. * Configure workstations for new hires and internal relocations. * Manage the inventory of computer equipment and the company's technological assets. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on systems and devices. * Provide technical support to users both on-site and remotely. * Collaborate on technology improvement projects and implementation of new IT solutions. * Document procedures, incidents, and technical solutions to ensure effective knowledge management. Requirements * Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, Network Information Systems Administration (ASIR), or equivalent. * Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in technical support or systems administration roles. * Knowledge of installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. * Experience in incident management. * Basic knowledge of networks, connectivity, cabling, and communications. * Proficiency with Windows operating systems and user administration tools. * Organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and orientation toward internal customers. * Willingness to travel occasionally between work sites.
