Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect to manage and supervise the execution of construction works and services, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and supervision of construction and service execution 2. Quality verification and technical/economic management 3. Coordination of suppliers and subcontractors For a project in Catarroja, a Technical Architect is required. The main mission will be the management and supervision of construction and service execution. This includes preparation and control of the explanatory report, ensuring compliance with construction plans, quality standards, and occupational health and safety regulations. The candidate will be responsible for verifying the quality of the final deliverables, as well as managing both technical and economic aspects of the process. Key tasks include documentation control, construction planning and organization, and preparation of measurements and certifications. Additionally, the candidate will effectively coordinate suppliers and involved subcontracting companies. This is a temporary contract with full-time working hours. The offered gross annual salary is €25\.174,76.
