Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Affiliate Program Specialist to join our Influencer Marketing team — someone eager to contribute their talent and energy. **What Are We Looking For?** A person with strong communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for adding value to the Influencer Marketing department. **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** * Develop strategies to grow within the sports niche * Collaborate closely with affiliates and monitor existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue; communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities. * Develop commercial and sales strategies to improve the affiliate program. Manage negotiations with affiliates and/or representation agencies, and close agreements. * Strengthen existing relationships by introducing new services and products. * Ambassador retention and personalized support. * Acquire new customers through research, referrals, networks, data sources, and email outreach. * Coordinate with multiple teams to accurately and promptly address affiliate needs. * Attend ambassador events. * Manage brand content and develop briefings for ambassadors, keeping in mind their preference for audiovisual content. * Coordinate with other company departments to execute social media content. * Obtain photographic and video content via influencer marketing. * Monitor and track KPIs focused on sales. * If you practice and have knowledge of any sport, it’s a plus :) ➡️ **Requirements:** Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience developing and scaling brand affiliate/influencer programs. English proficiency at B2/C1 level. Knowledge of additional languages will be highly valued. Advanced intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. We seek a person with strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation abilities, productivity, teamwork capacity, organization, problem-solving capability, and goal orientation. **What Do We Offer?** Permanent full-time contract. * Flexible working hours year-round, with entry window between 08:00 and 10:00. Continuous workday every Friday throughout the year, and also during July and August. ️ 22 working days of vacation.
