




Job Summary: We are seeking a person to perform administrative tasks, including customer service, shipment management, and support to accounting. Key Points: 1. Ability to work in a team In Oviedo (Asturias), we are looking for a person to carry out administrative tasks. Main responsibilities include telephone customer service, assignment and tracking of shipments and pickups, as well as settlement of deliveries and pickups. It also includes monthly invoicing and support to the accounting department. A qualification in Administration and Management or a related field is required, along with prior experience in an administrative position. Customer orientation and ability to work in a team are essential. This is a permanent, full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:30. Salary complies with the Commerce Collective Agreement.
