Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to coordinate, organize, and prioritize the work of a team focused on industrial electrical design, automation, and project management. Our focus is customer orientation, and our goal is excellence. **What We Expect** The primary mission of the Electrical Engineering Department Manager is to coordinate, organize, and prioritize the electrical engineering team’s workload according to project load, target deadlines, and production requirements. We seek a professional with a solid foundation in industrial electrical engineering, comfortable working across electrical design, automation, regulatory standards, and technical project management. Candidates with initiative, the ability to understand the full product scope, and a drive to improve both technical solutions and departmental work processes will be especially valued. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assign tasks and responsibilities within the department, ensuring proper deadline tracking, technical quality, and objective achievement. * Provide technical support to the team in decision-making, resolving questions, analyzing incidents, and defining solutions. * Supervise and review work performed by the team, ensuring consistency in technical criteria, documentation, and internal standards. * Participate in departmental resource planning, identifying needs for capacity, training, tools, or new hires. * Support and train new team members, facilitating their integration into company processes, tools, and technical standards. * Drive the team’s technical development by identifying training needs in regulations, CAD tools, automation, product knowledge, or internal processes. * Foster communication, coordination, and collaboration within the team and with other departments such as mechanical engineering, production, procurement, quality, planning, and project management. * Conduct periodic progress reviews of ongoing work, anticipating bottlenecks, schedule risks, or workload issues. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, technical documentation, and reduction of recurring errors. **Who We Are Looking For** **Technical Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or similar, with at least 10 years’ experience in a comparable role. * Experience in industrial electrical design and EPLAN Electric P8. * Knowledge of industrial electrical components: protective devices, contactors, safety relays, sensors, frequency inverters, PLCs, HMIs, and control systems. * Knowledge of industrial automation, especially Siemens, Schneider, or other PLC manufacturers. * Ability to interpret technical regulations and customer specifications. * English language proficiency at C1 level. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in the elevator, escalator, lift, industrial machinery, or capital goods sectors. * Experience with SAP, product configurators, or bill-of-materials management. * Experience in product standardization and continuous improvement. **Personal Competencies** * Analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. * Proactivity in identifying risks, proposing solutions, and documenting technical decisions. * Technical leadership and ability to prioritize and manage workloads. * Ability to coordinate and motivate teams, manage conflicts, bottlenecks, and shifting priorities. **What We Offer** * Permanent employment contract and integration into a stable and sustainable sector. * Opportunity to develop your professional career within a multinational corporation with locations worldwide. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including a 30-minute lunch break and flexible start/end times).
