At Onnera Group, we are seeking a Design Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing new products and improving our current solutions. We are an international business group dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and marketing of equipment solutions for hospitality, laundry, and commercial refrigeration, with presence in over 100 countries. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for: * Designing and developing new products and innovations, from conceptualization through to validation. * Improving and maintaining existing products in the portfolio. * Conducting technical analysis of competitors’ products. * Preparing cost calculations associated with design: materials, production processes, and labor. * Leading prototype construction and validation. * Participating in pre-series and first-series manufacturing, collaborating with Production, Quality, and Purchasing. Candidate Profile: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in machinery or technical product design (desirable). * Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred). * Experience with ERP systems and technical project management is desirable. * Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and strong team player. * Intermediate to advanced level of technical English. * Knowledge of electronics / robotics
