Main responsibilities will include contacting individuals and businesses to acquire new policyholders and drive business growth. It will be essential to identify each client's needs and deliver benefit-focused sales. You will promote property and personal insurance products, and manage signed policies to ensure portfolio retention. Analyzing performance results using tools such as Salesforce will be key to your professional development. A high school diploma is required; prior experience in the insurance sector and possession of a Class B driver's license with personal vehicle are preferred. A full-time self-employed contract with flexible working hours is offered, along with remuneration combining a fixed base salary and commissions based on goal achievement.
