Our goal is to preserve the essence and closeness of a traditional family-run business while introducing a refreshed image and a concept combining café, bakery, wine shop, and cured ham shop—where product quality and customer service take center stage. We are looking for people who wish to join this project from its inception and grow with us. Position offered We seek to hire: One person for a split full-time schedule, or alternatively two people for intensive part-time schedules. Monday to Friday: Mornings: 07:30–12:30. Evenings: 18:30–21:30. Main responsibilities Customer service at the bar and dining area. Preparation and service of breakfasts. Wine, charcuterie, and cured ham service. Simple preparation of dishes and tapas. Cash handling and payment processing. Restocking and maintaining order and cleanliness of the premises. Requirements Demonstrable experience as a waiter/waitress. Professional appearance and strong customer orientation. Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. Experience in cafés, breakfast service, wine shops, or gourmet food establishments is desirable. What we offer Permanent contract. Immediate start.
