Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage direct procurement comprehensively, develop suppliers, conduct tenders, optimize costs, and collaborate on negotiations and technical category development. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of direct procurement and development of national suppliers. 2. Negotiation and development of technical categories with the Procurement Manager. 3. Monitoring and resolution of supplier-related incidents. We seek a professional to support comprehensive management of direct procurement. Key responsibilities include proactive identification and development of new suppliers across the entire national territory. Tender processes will also be managed, and received bids analyzed to secure optimal terms and cost efficiency. The role also encompasses monitoring and resolving incidents that may arise with suppliers. Furthermore, collaboration in negotiating and developing technical categories is encouraged, working closely with the Procurement Manager to achieve established objectives. A university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent, or a medium- or higher-level vocational training qualification in Administration and Finance is required. A minimum of two years’ prior experience is essential; experience in the construction sector is particularly valued. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00–13:30 and 15:00–18:15, and Fridays from 8:00–15:00. During summer months, working hours will be condensed.
