You will be responsible for managing product warranties with suppliers and manufacturers, as well as coordinating budgets related to repairs and replacements. Your work will be key to ensuring efficient and high-quality service both for our customers and our business partners. #### **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Warranty management with manufacturers and suppliers (via phone and email):** You will be one of the main contacts with manufacturers for handling incidents related to defective or damaged products. This includes gathering information, opening warranty cases, following up on them, and obtaining responses and resolutions within established timeframes. * **Management of incident-related emails:** You will supervise and manage the inbox daily, filtering, organizing, and prioritizing emails related to claims, incidents, and warranty inquiries. Your organizational skills will be crucial to maintaining a smooth and timely service. * **Customer ticket handling and follow-up:** You will respond to customer tickets related to products sent for repair, keeping them informed about the status of their issue, resolving doubts, and ensuring a clear, close, and efficient customer experience. * **Communication and budget management with customers:** You will prepare and send budgets for out-of-warranty or non-covered repairs, communicating clearly, transparently, and professionally with customers. You will manage their acceptance or rejection and ensure proper execution of the service. * **Control of stock for damaged products:** You will maintain an updated record of the inventory of products undergoing repair, ensuring full traceability and enabling quick decisions regarding their repair, replacement, or return. This control is essential for effective warranty management. #### **What are the job requirements?** * Intermediate or higher education in Administration, IT, Customer Service, or similar fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles related to customer service, warranty processing, or administrative management. * Proficient use of office tools and typing skills (especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word). * Experience using incident or ticket management systems (CRM, ERP, etc.). * Basic knowledge of electronic or technical products (desirable, not mandatory). **Other desirable qualifications:** * Knowledge of return, repair, and reverse logistics procedures. **Skills and competencies:** * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner. * Customer orientation and problem-solving focus. * Proactivity and autonomy in decision-making. * High attention to detail and strong follow-up capability. #### **What we offer.** **Starting salary range:** 19k \- 23k. **Personal development:** We invest in general training (for the entire team) and specific training (for you).
