From our **Technical Department**, we are seeking a **QA Technician** to join our workplace in **Santomera (Murcia).** If you're looking for a **stable**, **challenging**, and constantly **technologically evolving project** within a company that values people, **diversity**, and **professional growth**, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Execute test plans for product fixes in production and generate corresponding documentation. * Execute test plans for future products under development and generate corresponding documentation. * Assist in product version updates. * Identify possible issues affecting internal protocols. * Conduct tests in a bioclimatic chamber. * Monitor the product throughout all its stages. * Resolve customer incidents immediately, level N2 support. * Assist in resolving incidents correctly together with the development department, level N3 support. **Requirements:** * Higher degree in multiplatform application development or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years' experience performing the described functions. * Knowledge of Python and Spark is desirable. * Experience providing support for a service of a specific product is desirable. * Experience in IoT (Internet of Things), Industry 4.0 is desirable. * Experience in Android and iOS app development is desirable. * Knowledge of quality procedures (QA) is desirable. **Required Profile:** * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Proactive individual with strong resolution mindset and great ability to overcome challenges. * Experience in team management, with high empathy skills. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with various departments. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00. * Join a leading multinational company in its sector with strong growth prospects. * Work in a collaborative environment surrounded by professionals who will help you grow professionally.
