**Orenes Group**, a business holding with more than 50 years of experience in the private gaming, leisure and entertainment sector, is seeking a **CRM Technician** on a **temporary contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee after this period**, to support our Hospitality and Food & Beverage division at our **headquarters** located in **Murcia**, helping us execute the necessary CRM campaigns to maintain an adequate flow of customers and revenue. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Execute the promotional calendar for each business unit (headlines \& ad hoc). * Adapt local promotional calendars. * Deliver all CRM activities including automated or non-automated emails, SMS/push marketing, social media, and other communication flows as required. * Identify customer touchpoints and ensure appropriate actions and communications are implemented. * Drive marketing performance in terms of Open Rate, Click Through Rate and ROI while reducing churn rates. * Bring creative ideas, prepare proposals, participate in production and execution processes, and report results to relevant stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration / Marketing.
