Training and necessary tools We are seeking personnel to perform packaging, sorting, and stacking tasks for aluminum profiles in an industrial environment in Alcantarilla, Murcia. The job involves preparing products for storage and distribution, ensuring compliance with established quality and packaging standards. A consistent pace and attention to detail are required to guarantee proper handling and protection of materials throughout the entire process. The position requires adaptability to daily production needs, which vary depending on orders and scheduling. Work is conducted in teams, collaborating across various stages of the logistical process within the plant. Operation of specific machinery—such as overhead cranes—is essential for the safe and efficient movement of loads. Good physical condition and stamina are required to handle materials throughout the full work shift. The work environment is dynamic and focused on achieving production and delivery targets, maintaining a continuous flow of operations. Proactivity and the ability to follow procedures are highly valued to optimize both work efficiency and safety. The position offers a temporary contract with potential for permanent incorporation into the workforce, within a stable industrial environment that provides the necessary tools and training. Overhead crane license and operating experience. Demonstrable experience in manufacturing environments. Tolerance for a high-paced work environment. Immediate availability to start. Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday. Possession of the 20-hour metal industry certification is considered an advantage.
