**Description:** ---------------- At GURPEA, an industrial company with over 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance, we want to strengthen our in-house workshop and are looking for a **Mechanical Fitter / Adjuster.** If you are motivated by mechanical work, precision adjustment, and being part of a specialized technical team, this opportunity is for you! **What will you do on a daily basis?** You will perform mechanical assembly and adjustment tasks for various industrial projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Assembly, installation, and adjustment of mechanical parts and components. * Interpretation of mechanical drawings and tolerances. * Use of manual tools and workshop equipment (radial drill, drill press, assembly tools, etc.). * Execution of basic machining operations: drilling, tapping, deburring, etc. * Dimensional control and quality verification. * Support in workshop assemblies and special projects. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment within an established and growing company. * Salary between 30,000 € and 34,000 € gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications. * Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday: 7:00–15:00 (single shift). * A positive work environment and a specialized technical team. * Training and opportunities for professional development. * Terms according to the Steel and Metal Industry Collective Agreement. * Benefits through flexible compensation (health insurance, childcare vouchers, etc.). **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Maintenance, or similar. * Prior experience in mechanical adjustment, assembly, or workshop mechanical work. * Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and using hand tools. * Responsible, methodical individual with initiative. * Experience in fine mechanical adjustment will be valued.
