We are looking for a Traffic Operations Manager to coordinate and supervise fleet distribution. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing pending shipments, monitoring each process, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, they must propose improvements to existing procedures to optimize efficiency. Among their responsibilities is the management of key clients, ensuring all their goods are delivered on time. They will also perform daily reviews of pharmaceutical products and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the area's performance. To qualify for this position, a higher education degree in International Trade or Transport and Logistics is required, along with at least one year of proven experience in road freight transportation. Proficiency at an intermediate level in Office tools is essential, as well as holding a valid class B driver's license. A forklift operator's license and B1-level English proficiency will be considered advantageous. We offer a 9-month temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent, working full-time from Monday to Friday during morning and afternoon hours.
