Plastic Extrusion Operators

Description

We are seeking personnel to work in the operation and supervision of plastic extrusion lines in an industrial setting in Alcantarilla. Activities take place in a plant with continuous production, making it essential to maintain a steady pace and ensure that processes meet established standards. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring material flow, equipment operation, and verifying that the final product complies with technical specifications. Tasks include controlling the feeding of raw materials and additives in correct proportions, visually inspecting the quality of finished products, and adjusting machine parameters—such as temperature, speed, and pressure—according to each order. Participation in the assembly and installation of filtration equipment is also required. Attention to detail, ability to work autonomously following procedures, and strong communication skills to resolve incidents with the team are essential. Working hours are full-time from Monday to Sunday, with corresponding rest days. Salary is determined during the interview. Initially, the contract is arranged through a temporary employment agency, with potential subsequent transition to permanent staff. Proven experience in plastic extrusion processes. Availability for immediate start. Willingness to work rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, with corresponding rest days. Minimum education: high school diploma or vocational training at intermediate or advanced level; technical education is preferred. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong commitment to quality and workplace safety standards are highly valued.
