For new projects, we require a **RAILWAY ENVIRONMENTAL AND QUALITY TECHNICIAN** based in **Palencia**. **Responsibilities**: * Preparation of quality plans, Inspection Point Programs, and Environmental Management Plans. * Implementation and monitoring of Quality and Environmental Management Plans, Waste Management Plans (RCDs), and legal compliance. * Internal audits to monitor the implementation of Quality and Environmental Management systems. * Prior communications. Control of documentation for both systems: PPIs, DCS, DI, authorized waste managers, etc. * Control / execution of on-site inspections and tests for quality and environmental control, verification of correct application of the PGA provisions, and analysis of corrective actions proposed in Non-Conformance Reports generated on site. * Identify, evaluate, and propose corrective measures for environmental impacts and identified risks on site. * Participation in client audits conducted on projects within their scope. * Verification of compliance with the project testing plan. * Supervision of compliance with Quality Plans and quality requirements established for suppliers. * Management of project indicators and monitoring of applicable processes. * Management of non-conformities and changes. **Requirements**: * Higher or intermediate degree with a Master's in Quality and/or Environment. * Demonstrable training in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) (60 hours on site). * Essential to have 2\-3 years of on-site experience. * Minimum of at least 2 years of experience in the described responsibilities. * Experience in HSEQ. **Work location**: * Palencia
