Main responsibilities: * Technical and documentation control of mechanical installations and affected services. * Coordination with designers, engineering firms, and supplier companies. * Verification of routing and connection points. * Support in planning and resolving on-site interferences. ### **Requirements** Requirements: * Higher Technician (MECES 3\) with more than 2 years of experience in infrastructure, or Medium Grade Technician (MECES 2\) with more than 5 years of general experience in installations and linear projects. * Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and urban services. * Ability to coordinate with supplier companies and subcontractors. * BIM knowledge (Revit, Navisworks) is desirable. Technologies and tools: * Autocad MEP, Revit (desirable), Excel. * GIS databases for management of affected services. * Construction and quality management software.
