**THE COMPANY** Our client, a leading company in event organization, conferences, corporate travel, artistic production, digital transformation, and pharmaceutical marketing, is seeking to hire an Artificial Intelligence Consultant (AI Consultant) to lead the implementation of innovative solutions that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and transform its internal systems. **JOB DESCRIPTION** The AI Consultant will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through the strategic use of artificial intelligence, and proposing viable solutions to drive the company’s digital transformation. They will work closely with leadership and technology teams to align AI strategies with business objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assess internal processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and optimization. * Propose AI-based solutions tailored to various departments (events, marketing, production, etc.). * Advise on the selection and implementation of AI tools. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure effective integration of proposed solutions. * Measure the impact of implemented solutions in terms of efficiency, cost savings, and productivity. * Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in AI technologies applied to the services and events sector. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience as an AI consultant or in digital transformation projects. * Solid knowledge of AI tools and platforms (including automation, predictive analytics, natural language processing, etc.). * Ability to translate business needs into practical technological solutions. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Capacity to work autonomously and proactively across diverse, multidisciplinary teams. * Prior experience in sectors such as events, artistic production, marketing, or the pharmaceutical industry will be valued.
